Vacation Signup Representatives. The City will grant paid leave for one member of the bargaining unit to participate in the annual vacation signup. The duration of such leave shall not exceed 8 hours per annual signup. The effectiveness of having the bargaining unit members participate in the signup will be reviewed by the parties, with the understanding that this arrangement will continue as long as it proves to be effective.
