Vacation time earned in one (1) fiscal year shall be taken in the succeeding fiscal year. Employees may carryover up to 2 weeks vacation from one fiscal year to the next however, at no time may an employee’s annual vacation time exceed the sum of their annual vacation plus two weeks.

  • Fiscal Year The fiscal year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.
