Vacations - 12 Month Employees. 1. A full-time employee during the first two (2) years of employment beginning with the first day of the month nearest his/her date of hire, and including only those months or major fractions of months he/she is on the payroll, shall be entitled to vacation time of one (1) week paid vacation each year. The third through the sixth year he/she shall be entitled to two (2) weeks paid vacation. The seventh year he/she will be entitled to three (3) weeks paid vacation. The fifteenth (15th) year he/she will be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation.
