Vaccination and Testing Policy. Contractor shall complete the attestation attached as Exhibit D, indicating that any employee, subcontractor, or other representative of Contractor that visits any Agency office or facility, conducts field work on behalf of the Agency, or meets outside of an Agency office or facility with an Agency employee, contractor, or volunteer, shall be vaccinated or tested as set forth in the attestation. Contractor shall ensure that the statements made in the attestation remain accurate for the duration of the contract and shall immediately notify the Agency of any change to the statements made in the attestation. Agency may require Contractor to file an updated attestation at any time.

Vaccination and Testing Policy. Contractor agrees Contractor’s employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, interns, and any other individual under Contractor’s control that will regularly work at the Regional Transit Facility shall be subject to SBCAG’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Policy, if adopted and/or as amended. Any SBCAG COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Policy adopted, or amended, is incorporated by this reference with the same force and effect as if the policy were specifically set out herein. Contractor agrees to comply with said policy, or to implement and comply with Contractor’s own policy that is not less restrictive, at Contractor’s sole cost and expense.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.
