VALIDADE E CANCELAMENTO; MUDANÇAS NO SISTEMA; PREÇOS. Este acordo começa no primeiro dia em que o cliente utiliza o Sistema e permanecerá enquanto o cliente utiliza o Sistema, os serviços associados e corresponde aos pagamentos requeridos pelo Sistema. A EP pode rescindir este acordo a qualquer momento se o cliente não cumprir qualquer um dos termos nele contidos, incluindo o não pagamento de valores requeridos pelo Sistema (quando aplicável), com efeito imediato. Se o cliente tiver realizado um contrato com um revendedor para determinados serviços, o seu direito de utilização dos serviços está sujeito ao pagamento pelo revendedor de todos os xxxxxxxxx devidos à EP por esses serviços e a EP, pode cancelar ou suspender o acesso do cliente até que o revendedor salde os valores devidos pelos serviços da EP. O cliente pode incorrer em custos adicionais de fornecedores terceiros, em relação ao uso de serviços do sistema, à utilização de um dispositivo portátil ou acesso à Internet, à transmissão dados ou vídeo, SMS, custos ou taxas de transmissão. A EP pode interromper o fornecimento de serviços ao cliente se este ou o revendedor não liquidarem os custos a terceiros pelos serviços e a EP não terá qualquer responsabilidade perante o cliente que xxxxxx reivindicar junto do seu revendedor o pagamento de qualquer valor pré-pago. De acordo com os serviços incluídos no acordo ou subscritos pelo cliente a EP poderá suspender ou eliminar a conta do utilizador por inatividade. De acordo com os serviços incluídos no acordo ou subscritos pelo cliente, este poderá rescindir o presente Acordo mediante notificação por escrito à EP. Após a rescisão deste Acordo, a licença concedida neste Acordo será revogada e o Cliente cessará imediatamente a utilização do Sistema. A EP poderá cobrar, a qualquer momento x x xxxx momento, pela utilização do sistema e para modificar ou interromper, temporária ou permanentemente, o sistema (ou qualquer parte do mesmo) com ou sem comunicação prévia ao cliente. O cliente reconhece que a EP não tem qualquer responsabilidade perante ele ou perante terceiros por quaisquer alterações, suspensões ou interrupções do sistema. O cliente compreende e aceita que no caso de mudança de residência, terá que excluir a sua conta e não poderá mais aceder ao sistema da EP relativamente ao endereço anterior.

  • GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVERS XXXX.xxx offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefits to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%. • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, and if XXXX.xxx was not responsible for brokering an appointment between the Referred Client and the Recipient Broker/ Agent, the referral fee will be waived entirely to 0%. To qualify for this Referral Fee waiver, Recipient Broker/Agent must update the Referral Status in the XXXX.xxx Agent Portal (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx) to reflect the property has been listed prior to XXXX.xxx indicating that an appointment has been set.

  • Purpose and Scope (a) The purpose of these standard contractual clauses is to ensure compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation)1 for the transfer of personal data to a third country.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Customer Support and Closing A. Agent shall provide support to Referred Client in their evaluation and negotiation for the purchase or sale of real estate in addition to the following duties:

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Bereavement Leave (a) Upon the death of an employee's spouse, spouse to include same sex partner, child or stepchild, an employee shall be granted leave up to a maximum of five (5) continuous calendar days without loss of pay. One of the days of leave shall include the day of the funeral or equivalent service. Additional days off with or without pay may be granted by the Employer. Part-time employees will be credited with seniority and service for all such leave. In the event of a delayed interment or ceremony for reason of religion or other protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code, an Employee may save one of the days identified above without loss of pay to attend the interment or ceremony.
