Validity Clause. 23.1 If any term or provision in these booking terms and conditions is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body or competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness or unreasonableness be deemed to be severable and the remaining provisions of the booking conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect
Validity Clause. 25.1 The Union and the Employer agree that in the event that the provisions of this Agreement shall be in conflict with existing rules, regulations and/or ordinances officially abridged, delegated or modified by the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. This collective bargaining agreement supersedes any other agreements dealing with wages, hours and terms and conditions of employment.
Validity Clause. This Assignment shall confer to Lender the rights and benefits described in this Assignment to the full extent allowable by law. The unenforceability or invalidity of any of the provisions of this Assignment shall not render any other provision or provisions unenforceable or invalid. Any provision found to be unenforceable shall be severable from this Assignment without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Assignment.
Validity Clause. Section 1: If any provision of this Agreement shall be contrary to, or inconsistent with, any provision of Federal or State Law, or any existing ordinance of the City of Biddeford, and thereby rendered invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Those portions of this Agreement affected shall be subject to be reopened by eitherparty.
Validity Clause. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable by appropriate court order, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions thereof. It is further provided that in the event any provisions are so invalidated this contract shall be reopened for the express purpose of renegotiating such invalidated or unenforceable provisions, and the balance of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Validity Clause. It is the intent of this Assignment to confer to Assignee the rights and benefits hereunder to the full extent allowable by law. The unenforceability or invalidity of any provisions hereof shall not render any other provision or provisions herein contained unenforceable or invalid. Any provisions found to be unenforceable shall be severable from this Assignment.
Validity Clause. 4. Our liability under this Guarantee shall continue and this Guarantee shall remain in full force and effect from [effective date* ] until [expiry date*] (hereinafter called “the Expiry Date”) After the Expiry Date and subject to your right to make a claim within the claim period, this Guarantee shall be null and void and our liabilities hereunder shall cease automatically, notwithstanding that the original of this Guarantee is not returned to us for cancellation.
Validity Clause. 20.1 If any term or provision in these Booking Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the “OTA” Booking Terms and Conditions “the Guest” Booked with, is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body or competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness or unreasonableness be deemed to be severable and the remaining provisions of the booking conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.
Validity Clause. A validity clause of this agreement is hereby established, and it is certain that in the case of sale of the property leased by LESSOR, this agreement shall be respected during the entire term established in clause 2 above.

The unenforceability or invalidity of any provision or provisions hereof shall not render any other provision or provisions of this Assignment unenforceable or invalid. Any provisions found to be unenforceable shall be severable from this Assignment.
