BOOKING CONDITIONS. 3.1 The Contract shall be subject to and include (a) these Terms and Conditions; (b) the general admission Home Match Ticket Conditions of Issue issued to each Client/guest; and (c) the code of conduct issued by the Club from time to time with regard to Covid-19 measures applicable to all attendees at the Stadium (“Supporter Code of Conduct” of which the current version can be found here [LINK] 3.2 Each order shall remain provisional until the Club issues a Booking Confirmation and until any required payment instalment and/or deposit is paid by the Client in accordance with Clause 7. 3.3 The Match Day Hospitality as detailed in the Booking Form shall, at the discretion of the Club, be reserved for the Client for up to 14 days from the date of submission indicated on the Booking Form. 3.4 The Club shall not accept responsibility for any delay that may be caused by any Booking Form which is completed incorrectly by the Client. 3.5 For the avoidance of doubt, any terms and conditions of purchase submitted by the Client shall not be binding on the Club, even if supplied to the Club after the date on which the Client views a copy of this Contract and the Contract shall constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Client, superseding and extinguishing all previous agreements relating to the Season, understandings and arrangements between them, whether written or oral, relating to the Match Day Hospitality (as detailed in the Booking Form or Booking Confirmation). 3.6 The Club reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Club will notify the Client of such changes in writing. Such changes will not affect any Contract(s) already made with the Club or Match Day Hospitality already enjoyed in the Season, but any future Match Day Hospitality or orders will be subject to the new terms and conditions. No alteration or amendment to this Contract shall be binding unless agreed in writing by the Club. 3.7 These Terms and Conditions shall not confer any right of exclusive possession on the Client at any time. The Club shall select and provide details of the seats relating to each Match Day Hospitality. The Club reserves the right to vary at its sole discretion if necessary any allocated seating, facilities or services or any part of the designated hospitality area(s) which form part of the Match Day Hospitality (including without limitation in the event of any construction, development, maintenance or other works, force maje...

BOOKING CONDITIONS. 14.1 Members are only permitted to make one individual racquet court booking per day and this must be for their personal use. 14.2 Members are permitted to make up to three fitness class bookings per day and this must be for their personal use. 14.3 Abuse of this regulation may lead to Members being withdrawn from the advance bookings facility. 14.4 Brio Leisure reserves the right to re-allocate any bookings to other courts or areas in order to optimise space utilisation. 14.5 Members can make fitness class and racquet activity bookings by telephone, online or in person at the centre reception. 14.6 Members can make online fitness class bookings up to 7 days in advance and until 60 minutes before the activity start time. 14.7 Online bookings of fitness classes, racquet sports, and Welcome Workouts are available to all members by registering online.
BOOKING CONDITIONS. 5.1 It is strongly recommended that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover, as well as cancellation and curtailment covers, as this is not covered by Safari2Go. 5.2 Should the traveller fail to check-in for any services on the dates it has been booked or check-out prior to its completion, no refund will be made and no credit granted. Travellers should ensure that they have appropriate insurance cover. 5.3 Safari2Go shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any nature whatever suffered by the client or any traveller arising from: a) the loss of or any damage to property; b) the cancellation or curtailment of any tour; c) Sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, riots, and/ or any other cause of any nature whatever, however caused and whether as a result of Safari2Go’ negligence or otherwise. 5.4 Safari2Go accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to, loss and/ or damage to any person and /or property arising out of any act or omission of Safari2Go, the supplier, any servant or agent of Safari2Go or any supplier, whether as a result of negligence or otherwise. The client and the traveller shall be deemed to have waived, renounced and abandoned any and all rights and entitlements to which the client and the traveller may be entitled under the provision of the law of the Republic of Namibia for any loss or damage to person and/or property. 5.5 Should sickness or accident interrupt a tour Safari2Go shall not be liable for any: a) loss, damage or expense arising there from, whether as a result of Safari2Go’ negligence or otherwise; nor any refund either total or partial, of money paid. Safari2Go recommends that the client advises travellers to take out the necessary insurance to protect against any eventuality. 5.6 Travellers shall be solely responsible for complying with the formalities required by police, customs, health and other authorities at the point of departure, at the destination and whilst in transit. Whilst Safari2Go will endeavour to provide the client, prior to departure, with the latest information concerning such regulations and restrictions. Safari2Go shall not be responsible and does not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this regard. 5.7 Travellers may not carry any unlawful articles or substances whilst travelling in the southern African region. BOOKING CONDITIONS. The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of Les Méditerranées and after the deposit has been received and after the reservation contract has been duly completed and signed, or after the general terms and conditions of sale have been accepted when booking online. • All reservations must be accepted by Les Méditerranées campsites. Les Méditerranées campsites are free to accept or refuse a reservation, depending on availability, and generally speaking, any circumstances that may affect the execution of the reservation made. Les Méditer- ranées campsites offer family oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. Les Méditer- ranées campsites reserve the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would seek to divert it. • The reservation of a campsite pitch or rental accommodation is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of Les Méditerranées campsites. • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. • Pitch or accommodation numbers are not guaranteed. In case of planning necessity or in case of force majeure, the campsite reserves the right to change the accommodation or pitch number.

These can only be booked from 14 days in advance and the member booking the court must play. 4.2 Any activity not cancelled with 24 hours notice or not used will be charged at the full rate for ALL members.
BOOKING CONDITIONS. 1.1 In order to rent the vehicle it is mandatory to show, at the time of vehicle pick up, in addition to the ID and to a valid national driving license if EU citizen (extra EU citizens must provide the passport and a valid international driving permit or a national driving license translated in English language), a valid credit card (with the numbers in relief and linked to the customer bank account) in name of the person to whom the rental agreement is registered. This document is necessary as warranty for the rented vehicle and the Rental Firm ask on it the authorization for the deposit. In no case the rental company will accept as warranty for the rented vehicle as deposit (and as a consequence the vehicle will not be released): debit cards (i.e. cirrus/ maestro cards); prepaid cards (i.e. all cards with 'visa electron' logo and any other card in which the cardholder loads it with any amount of money and then uses the card to spend the money); cash or checks.
