VALIDITY OF CARD. The Card is issued for international use and may be used both internationally and within the Jurisdiction. The Cardholder agrees to keep the Bank indemnified against all actions, proceedings, liability, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of breach of any provision of this Agreement.

VALIDITY OF CARD. The validity of EasyCard and Debit Card shall be the same. Upon expiry of EasyCard cobranded card, EasyCard function and autoload function shall be expired accordingly.

  • Validity of Agreement The Company shall be precluded from asserting in any Proceeding, including, without limitation, an action under Section 12 (a) above, that the provisions of this Agreement are not valid, binding and enforceable or that there is insufficient consideration for this Agreement and shall stipulate in court that the Company is bound by all the provisions of this Agreement.
