Use of EasyCard. Initial use: The Easycard function of a Debit Card with EasyCard service is readily available without activation. A newly issued or replaced Debit Card with EasyCard service has an Easycard balance of zero. To use the Autoload service, the cardholder needs to activate both the debit card and the Autoload function. If the cardholder has used the EasyCard function without activating the Debit Card, the cardholder should remain liable for any debts of Autoload service. Autoload can not be de-activated after it has been activated by the cardholder.
Use of EasyCard. 1. Begin to use: The bank EasyCard function of the EasyCard can be used without activating it. The available amount of the EasyCard in the newly issued/replaced EasyCard is zero. The EasyCard has a preset autoload function and this function is activated upon issuance. If Party A uses the bank EasyCard function of the EasyCards without completing the card opening operation, Party A shall be responsible for the payment of the autoload of the EasyCard. If Party A no longer uses the EasyCard function, Party A may apply for a refund from EasyCard Co. with the EasyCard or perform the EasyCard refund function at the EasyCard Add Value Machines (AVMs) or other designated equipment at each Taipei Xxxxx xxxxxxx. Party A may also apply to Party B for a replacement of the card with a regular ATM card.

  • Use of Customer Name Contractor may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in Contractor’s customer lists. Any other use of County’s name by Contractor must have the prior written consent of County.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of the Name BlackRock The Advisor has consented to the use by the Trust of the name or identifying word "BlackRock" in the name of the Trust. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Trust. The name or identifying word "BlackRock" may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require the Trust to cease using "BlackRock" in the name of the Trust if the Trust ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor of the Trust.

  • Use of School Facilities 1. The Association will have the right to use school buildings at reasonable times for meetings in accordance with Committee policy on the Use of School Facilities. The principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings. 2. There will be one (1) bulletin board in each school building, which will be placed in the faculty lounge, for the purpose of displaying professional notices, circulars, and other Association material. Copies of all such material will be given to the building principal, but his advance approval will not be required.

  • Use of the Software licensed hereunder may require third party software or hardware (including but limited to databases, operating systems and servers). Unless specifically licensed in the Master Agreement, this Agreement does not contain a license to use such additional materials.

  • Use of Volunteers The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18
