Common use of Valley Water Standardization Requirements Clause in Contracts

Valley Water Standardization Requirements. A. Consultant shall perform the Services utilizing Valley Water nomenclature, standardized forms, software requirements, documented procedures, and best management practices. Consultant shall use Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD software that is compatible with Valley Water Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD software used at the time(s) Valley Water issues a Notice to Proceed pursuant to this Agreement.
