Total Fixed Not-to-Exceed Fees. A. Payment for all Services performed by Consultant to the satisfaction of Valley Water, as described in the Schedule(s) will be based on the Total Fixed Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Fees stated in Attachment One to the Schedule(s), Fees and Payments, for completion of the associated tasks. Valley Water will make payments to the Consultant according to the terms provided for herein and in Attachment One to the Schedule(s), Fees and Payments. Payments made by Valley Water to the Consultant for Services rendered will be considered full compensation for all personnel, materials, supplies, Subconsultant(s), equipment, reimbursable travel and per diem expenses incurred by the Consultant to perform the Services.

Valley Water will make payments to the Consultant according to the terms On-Call Independent Cost Estimating & Constructability Agreement No. A4704A / PB File No. VW0019 Review Services Standard On-Call Consultant Agreement-Capital Ver. 5/30/2023 provided for herein and in the Schedule, Attachment One, Fees and Payments. Payments made by Valley Water to Consultant for Services rendered will be considered full compensation for all personnel, materials, supplies, Subconsultant(s), equipment, and reimbursable expenses, incurred by Consultant to perform the Services. All Service requests will be made by Valley Water on an as-needed basis, subject to future Task Order(s) executed by Valley Water and Consultant.

  • BASE PAY RATE The employee's basic hourly rate of pay rate exclusive of overtime premium or any premium pay.

  • Total Compensation Contractor shall include Total Compensation in XXX for each of its five most highly compensated Executives for the preceding fiscal year if:

  • Fixed Fee If “fixed fee” is the basis of compensation, then the Consultant must complete the task(s) for the amount set forth in Column 4. Any hours worked for which payment would result in a total exceeding the amount in Column 4 are at no cost to the City.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.
