Valuation at Date of Termination. As soon as practicable after a notice of termination under sub-clause 15.2 [Termination by Employer] has taken effect, the Engineer shall proceed in accordance with sub-clause 3.5 [Determinations] to agree or determine the value of the Works, Goods and Contractor's Documents, and any other sums due to the Contractor for work executed in accordance with the Contract.
