Value Added Services. Value-added services that are approved by TDH during the contracting process are included in the Scope of Services under this contract. Value-added services are listed in Appendix C. 6.1.6.1 The approval request must include: 6.1.6.1.1 A detailed description of the service to be offered; 6.1.6.1.2 Identification of the category or group of Members eligible to receive the service if it is a type of service that is not appropriate for all Members. (HMO has the discretion to determine if voluntary Members are eligible for the value-added services); 6.1.6.1.3 Any limits or restrictions which apply to the service; and 6.1.6.1.4 A description of how a Member may obtain or access the service. 6.1.6.2 Value-added services can only be added or removed by written amendment of this contract.
