VALUE OF A HOLIDAY FOR PURPOSES OF TIME OFF AND/OR CASH COMPENSATION. The value of a holiday, for purposes of time off and/or cash compensation, which falls during a pay period is one tenth (1/10) of an employee’s time spent in paid status during said scheduled pay period, excluding overtime. The maximum potential value of a holiday is eight hours for a classification normally scheduled to work eighty (80) hours per pay period.
