Value of Goods, Services and Supplies. Agent will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the consideration paid for any goods, services or supplies obtained by Agent for the Property will not exceed the amount ordinarily paid for such goods, services or supplies for properties substantially similar to the Property. At Owner's request, Agent will procure competitive bids for the goods, services or supplies obtained by Agent for the Property. Owner understands, however, that with respect to procuring competitive bids, accepting services from the lowest bidder may not necessarily be in the best interest of Owner. Owner will be entitled to receive the benefit of all rebates, discounts or commissions obtained with respect to all goods, services and supplies of the Property.
