Common use of Vandalism Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Vandalism Reimbursement. The School District shall reimburse the Superintendent for vehicular vandalism, which occurs on school property or in the course of the Superintendent performing his required duties, in an amount up to $500.00 in a given year toward the unreimbursed insurance deductible amount on the vehicle.
