Variable Daily Schedule. Notwithstanding paragraph 21.02(c), at the request of the employee and with the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may work flexible hours on a daily basis, provided that such hours are worked between 07:30 hours and 20:00 hours, and further provided that an employee would not normally leave before 16:00 hours.
