Common use of Variation by agreement Clause in Contracts

Variation by agreement. Subject to sub-clause 15.2 hereof the method of working shifts/hours may in any case be varied by agreement between the Company and the majority of employees concerned. Provided that where no agreement is reached then the Company may give 14 days notice of alteration, and the matter shall be referred to the consultative committee. Failing any agreement being reached the Disputes procedure shall apply.
