Consultation and Communication during Parental Leave. (a) Where an employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce substantial change at the workplace, the CEO will take reasonable steps to:
(i) make information available; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status, pay, location or responsibility level of the employee’s pre-parental leave position.
(b) The employee will take reasonable steps to inform the CEO about any significant matter that will affect the employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the employee intends to return to work and whether the employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis in accordance with clause 62.19(e).
Consultation and Communication during Parental Leave. (a) Where an Employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made that will have a significant effect on the status, pay or location of the Employee’s pre-parental leave position, the Employer shall take reasonable steps to:
(i) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave; and
(ii) provide an opportunity for the Employee to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Employee held before commencing parental leave.
(b) The Employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the Employer about any significant matter that will affect the Employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Employee intends to return to work and whether the Employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The Employee shall also notify the Employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the Employer’s capacity to comply with this clause.

Consultation and Communication during Parental Leave. 51.21.1 Where an employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made that will have a significant effect on the status, pay or location of the employee’s pre- parental leave position, the employer shall take reasonable steps to give the employee information about and an opportunity to discuss, the effect of the decision on that position
51.21.2 The employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the employer about any significant matter that will affect the employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the employee intends to return to work and whether the employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
51.21.3 The employee shall also notify the employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the employer’s capacity to comply with clause 51.21.1.
Consultation and Communication during Parental Leave. (i) Where a member is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made to introduce substantial change at the workplace, the Commissioner will take reasonable steps to:
(a) make information available; and
(b) provide an opportunity for the member to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status, pay, location or responsibility level of the member’s pre-parental leave position.
(ii) The member will take reasonable steps to inform the Commissioner about any significant matter that will affect the member’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the member intends to return to work and whether the member intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis in accordance with clause 31(s)(v).

(a) Where an Employee is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made that will have a significant effect on the status, pay or location of the Employee’s pre-parental leave position, Healthscope shall take reasonable steps to give the Employee information about, and an opportunity to discuss, the effect of the decision on that position.
(b) The Employee shall take reasonable steps to inform Healthscope about any significant matter that will affect the Employee’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Employee intends to return to work and whether the Employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
(c) The Employee shall also notify Healthscope of changes of address or other contact details which might affect Healthscope’s capacity to comply with clause 37.23(a).
Consultation and Communication during Parental Leave. 1.21.1 Where a Doctor is on parental leave and a definite decision has been made that will have a significant effect on the status, pay or location of the Doctor’s pre-parental leave position, the Hospital shall take reasonable steps to:
(a) make information available in relation to any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Doctor held before commencing parental leave; and
(b) provide an opportunity for the Doctor to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the status or responsibility level of the position the Doctor held before commencing parental leave.
1.21.2 The Doctor shall take reasonable steps to inform the Hospital about any significant matter that will affect the Doctor’s decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the Doctor intends to return to work and whether the Doctor intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
1.21.3 The Doctor shall also notify the Hospital of changes of address or other contact details, which might affect the Hospital’s capacity to comply with 1.21.1. SCHEDULE C – LONG SERVICE LEAVE

36.15.2 The employee shall take reasonable steps to inform the employer about any significant matter that will affect the employee's decision regarding the duration of parental leave to be taken, whether the employee intends to return to work and whether the employee intends to request to return to work on a part-time basis.
36.15.3 The employee shall also notify the employer of changes of address or other contact details which might affect the employer's capacity to comply with 36.15.1.
