EXTRA RATES NOT CUMULATIVE. Extra rates in this Agreement, except “Special Rates” and rates for work on public holidays, are not cumulative so as to exceed the maximum of double the ordinary rates.

35.2 Clause 35.1 applies except where the addition of special rates in Clause 34 (Special Rates) apply; and the rate prescribed in sub-clause 26.6 (Public Holidays) apply.
