VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. The Company reserves the right from time to time to vary any Conditions of this Policy and the Schedule and of any endorsement attaching to it upon giving to the Policyholder two months’ notice of its intention.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. Virtual Cabinet may, with the exception of varying Charges, vary its Specific Conditions for the provision of Support Services or its General Conditions at any time during the provision of Support Services by giving 60 days written notice (“the Variation Notice”) to the Customer of such amended conditions.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. 13.1 The Bank reserves the right at all times to vary the terms and conditions of this credit agreement. Any such variation will become effective upon notice to you by any means the Bank considers reasonable or as is required by law or regulation. Such notice may take the form of an advertisement in an Irish Daily or Weekly Newspaper circulated nationally.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. 2.1 These conditions may be altered by mutual consent of the Contractor and of the Customer. The Contractor’s consent for any such alteration may only be given by its Managing Director, and must be evidenced in writing.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. (See attached Terms and Conditions) All quotations must be provided within a maximum 10 days from receipt of NHSBT request.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. Goods or Services shall be supplied in accordance with these Conditions. Any conditions which the Contractor may seek to impose and which in any way add to, vary or contradict these Conditions shall be excluded and not form part of the Contract, unless each of such conditions has been specifically agreed to in writing by the Company.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. The Supplier may amend, vary or add to these Conditions at any time. The Customer can view the most up-to-date Conditions on the Supplier’s website.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. During the period of the Agreement either party may propose a variation in the nature of the service provided, the workload or the manner of its provision. No such variation will be effective unless it is accepted by both Provider and the Purchaser. The Provider will review the St Andrew’s Fee Charges annually and may vary the Fee Charges at its discretion. Any such variation will be notified to the Purchaser and will become effective from 1st April each year. Notwithstanding this annual review the Provider reserves the right to vary the St Xxxxxx’s Fee Charges at any other time whilst the patient remains within the Provider’s care on giving reasonable written notice of such variation to the Purchaser and provided that such revised Fee Charges are accepted by the Purchaser.
VARIATION OF CONDITIONS. 4.1 The Services shall be supplied solely in accordance with these conditions. All other contractual terms which in any way add to, vary or contradict these conditions upon which the Provider may seek to rely or otherwise impose on the Council shall be excluded and not form part of the contract (whether or not such other contractual terms post-date these conditions) unless the Council has specifically agreed in writing to be bound by them.

The Company may notify you via email, post or by website publication of any amendment, variation or addition to these Conditions. The Customer can also view the most up to date Conditions on the Company’s website.
