VAWA Protections. The Coalition agrees that all eligibility and termination decisions that are made with respect to ESG rental assistance must comply with the requirements set forth in the Violence Against Women Act of 2013 as provided in 24 CFR Part 5, Subpart L and 24 CFR §576.409. The Coalition shall also document compliance with 24 CFR §500(s)(5) when applicable.
