PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on the Single Audit for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.
SERVICES COVERED 63.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CLEC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission, routing and termination of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, Local and Toll VoIP- PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. This Agreement is intended only for traffic consisting of wireline to wireline communications, not for Mobile Wireless Service traffic, and neither Party will route Mobile Wireless Service traffic to the other Party (other than Transit Traffic) without first executing a separate written agreement to govern such traffic.
Class Coverage Teachers, including but not limited to classroom teachers, special area teachers, and clinicians, shall not be required to take another teacher’s classes except in an emergency. Examples of an emergency are the following: a sudden illness of a teacher during the school day, or awaiting the arrival of an obtained substitute, and other situations mutually accepted by the teacher and the principal.
Vehicle Liability Consultant shall maintain Business Automobile Liability insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence on Consultant’s owned, hired and non-owned vehicles assigned to or used in the performance of the Consultant’s work or services under this Agreement. Coverage will be at least as broad as ISO coverage code “1” “any auto” policy form CA 00 01 12 93 or equivalent thereof. To the fullest extent allowed by law, for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement, the City, its agents, representatives, officers, directors, officials and employees shall be cited as an Additional Insured under ISO Business Auto policy Designated Insured Endorsement form CA 20 48 or equivalent. If any Excess insurance is utilized to fulfill the requirements of this subsection, such Excess insurance shall be “follow form” equal or broader in coverage scope than underlying insurance.

TAXES COVERED 1. This Agreement shall apply to taxes on income imposed on behalf of a Contracting State or of its political subdivisions or local authorities, irrespective of the manner in which they are levied.
Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.
Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.
RECOGNITION - EMPLOYEES COVERED (a) Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement for all full-time and part-time custodial/maintenance and food service employees employed by the Ionia Public Schools but excluding substitute and seasonal employees, executive and supervisory personnel and all others.
Other Contractors District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for work additional or related to the subject matter of this Contract, and Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with these other contractors and with the District. When requested by District, Contractor shall coordinate its performance under this Contract with such additional or related work. Contractor shall not interfere with the work performance of any other contractor or District employees.
