Common use of Vehicle Parking Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor from time to time, lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 of approximately thirty (30) in common parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 1 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 15 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee. See paragraph 2.2 of the attached Addendum.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 Sixty-Six (66) parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking Project, on a 24 hour per day basis, seven days per week, except as set by Lessor and/or its licenseeprovided below.

So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 Addend. 52 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 20 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licenseelicensee (see Exhibit D for location of spaces).

So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 * parking spaces in --- the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.. its prorata share (10.06% of available parking)

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 3/1000 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 53 unassigned parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 FOUR (4) parking spaces in the Office Building Project at NO CHARGE. TO AVAILABILITY IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF LESSOR, LESSEE MAY RENT AND USE ADDITIONAL PARKING PRIVILEGES AT the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.. THE CURRENT MONTHLY RATE IS $50

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 parking 13parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.. See Paragraph 50

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached heretohereto as Exhibit B, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee time Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 up to fifteen (15) parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the ------------ monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor lessor and/or its licensee.

Vehicle Parking. So long as lessee Lessee is not in default, and --------------- subject to the rules and regulations attached hereto, and as established by lessor Lessor from time to time, lessee Lessee shall be entitled to rent and use 14 18 parking spaces in the Office Building Project at the monthly rate applicable from time to time for monthly parking as set by Lessor and/or its licensee.
