Parking Charges. Any parking charges or other costs levied, assessed or imposed by, or at the direction of, or resulting from statutes or regulations, or interpretations thereof, promulgated by any governmental authority or insurer in connection with the use or occupancy of the Building or the Project.
Parking Charges. Lessee agrees to pay upon demand, based on its percent of occupancy of the entire Premises, its pro-rata share of any parking charges, surcharges, or any other cost hereafter levied or assessed by local, state, or federal governmental agencies in connection with the use of the parking facilities serving the Premises, including, without limitation, parking surcharge imposed by or under the authority of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
Parking Charges. Tenant shall pay for such parking privileges at the prevailing monthly rates from time to time charged by the operator or operators of the Garage, whether or not such operator is an affiliate of Landlord. Such monthly parking charges for parking privileges shall constitute Additional Rent and shall be payable monthly as directed by Landlord upon billing therefor by Landlord or such operator. Tenant acknowledges that said monthly charges to be paid under this Section are for the use by the Tenant of the parking privileges referred to herein, and not for any other service.
Parking Charges. If there is a charge for parking at the premises, Xxxxxx agrees to pay a parking charge per space each month due and payable as additional Rent as referenced in the Parking Rider. If Landlord is required to tow or store a motor vehicle belonging to Tenant or any guest of Tenant, such charges will be due and payable to the towing company.

Parking Charges. Tenant will pay to Landlord the Parking Charges set forth in Exhibit C.
Parking Charges. Tenant shall pay to Landlord (or to the Operator) for the use of such parking privileges so leased by Tenant pursuant to this Article 26, on a monthly basis throughout the Lease Term, the prevailing monthly parking rates charged from time to time by Landlord (or the Operator) for unreserved parking privileges within the Building Parking Area (plus applicable parking taxes), which is currently $262.65 per unreserved vehicle parking privilege and $367.71 per non-executive reserved vehicle parking privilege. In the event Landlord increases the parking charges for any of the various categories of Building Parking Area Passes, Tenant may contest the amount of any increases by written notice (“Tenant’s Parking Contest Notice”) to Landlord; provided however, that Tenant shall not have the right to contest any increases in parking charges which are equal to the amount of any increase in applicable parking taxes. Landlord shall, within thirty (30) days after its receipt of Tenant’s Parking Contest Notice but not more than once every two (2) years, conduct a survey (the “Parking Survey”) of the posted parking rates for reserved parking passes (from which the discount for the executive reserved parking privileges is determined) and/or unreserved parking passes, as applicable, in the on-site parking facilities of Comparable Buildings. If the parking charge for the applicable category of Building Parking Area Passes which is in dispute (the “Disputed Charge”) is in an amount greater than the second highest posted parking rate for such category of parking pass in the on-site parking facilities of Comparable Buildings (as determined pursuant to the Parking Survey, the “Survey Charge Amount”), then the amount of the Disputed Charge shall be reduced to equal the Survey Charge Amount. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 26 to the contrary, at no time shall parking charges for parking passes for any of the various categories of Building Parking Area Passes (i.e., unreserved, executive reserved, and non-executive reserved) during any calendar year of the Lease Term commencing with the calendar year 2021 increase by more than five percent (5%) per year, calculated on a cumulative and compounded basis, over the amounts set forth above (but such annual cap shall not apply to any increases in applicable parking taxes imposed by the applicable governmental authorities). The provisions of this Section 26.2 shall apply during any Option Term.
Parking Charges. The initial monthly parking rate per parking space is set forth in Section 1.14 and is subject to change by Landlord upon five (5) days' prior written notice to Tenant. Monthly parking fees shall be payable in advance prior to the first day of each calendar month, provided, however, that no fee for parking shall be charged Tenant during the initial term of this Lease. Visitor parking rates shall be determined by Landlord from time to time in Landlord's sole discretion. The parking rates charged to Tenant may not be the lowest parking rates charged by Landlord for the use of the parking facility. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, any tax imposed on the privilege of occupying space in the parking facility, upon the revenues received by Landlord from the parking facility or upon the charges paid for the privilege of using the parking facility by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity may be added by Landlord to the monthly parking charges paid by Tenant at any time, or Landlord may require Tenant and other persons using the parking facility to pay said amounts directly to the taxing authority.
Parking Charges. It is Your responsibility to arrange adequate and legal parking for Our truck(s) at all addresses. You are liable to pay for parking charges if no free parking is available. If no parking is available, We will charge You for the time that We must wait until a legal parking space can be arranged/found. We will not park illegally.
