Vehicles and Uses. The Parking License is intended for, and shall be limited in scope to, use for motor vehicle parking by Licensee and Licensee Designees. The scope of the Parking License specifically excludes the parking of motor vehicles with a manufacturer’s classification exceeding 3/4 ton, or other vehicles of similar size, and the storage (whether vehicles or otherwise) or any other use not related to the parking of motor vehicles.

Related to Vehicles and Uses

  • Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.

  • Title of Parts and Sections Any titles of the sections or subsections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and are to be disregarded in interpreting any part of the Agreement's provisions.

  • Use of the Equipment 9.1 The Equipment shall be used by Hospital only at the Site and shall not be removed therefrom. Hospital shall use the Equipment only in the regular and ordinary course of Hospital’s business operations and only within the capacity of the Equipment as determined by Elekta’s specifications. Hospital shall not use nor permit the Equipment to be used in any manner nor for any purpose which, in the opinion of Elekta or GKF, the Equipment is not designed or reasonably suitable.

  • Additional Requirements for Sleeping Rooms The Contractor shall provide departing Attendees a secured area for storing belongings.

  • Disbursements for Site Improvements All payments made by the OPWC for site improvements or other work shall be made directly to the Contractor that performed the work and originated the invoice, unless the request is for disbursement to the Recipient.

Additional stops will not be added until approved by Boys & Girls Clubs and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require seven (7) calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date of implementation.

  • Fitness for Work 6.2.1 The parties to this Agreement agree that the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment will be enhanced by adopting a pro-active approach to addressing fitness for work issues, including the misuse of drugs and alcohol in the workplace, workplace stress and fatigue. The management of these occupational health and safety issues will assist to eliminate a contributing factor to workplace injuries and accidents.
