Parking License definition

Parking License is defined in Section 2.4.

Parking License means the agreement entered into between the Permitholder and the College granting the Permitholder a license to park the Registered Vehicle on College Property subject to compliance by the Permitholder with the terms and conditions contained in the agreement;

Parking License means the non-exclusive easements, rights and licenses granted to Tenant in and to the Parking Facilities pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 hereof.

More Definitions of Parking License

Parking License means the license agreement described in Paragraph 3.2.3 granting a license to Developer for the use of Off-Site Parking Spaces at the Parking Structure.
