Vendor’s Compensation to Vendor Staff. Vendor must compensate all Vendor Staff in a timely fashion for Services rendered, as measured from when payment is received by Vendor from Citizens. Any dispute in compensation between Vendor Staff and Vendor is the sole responsibility of Vendor.
