VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. All legal actions arising out of or connected with this Agreement must be instituted in the Circuit Court of Xxxxx County, Florida, or in the appropriate Federal District Court in Florida. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement.
VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. The rights, obligations and remedies of the parties specified under this Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida. All legal actions arising out of or connected with this Agreement must be instituted in the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, or in the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement. Each party shall be responsible for the payment of its own attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement.
VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. The laws of the State of Florida govern validity, enforcement, and interpretation of PO. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal action in connection with PO will be in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Colorado, and to the extent not inconsistent with applicable law, the venue for the resolution of any dispute shall be the County of La Plata, Colorado.
VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. The venue for any dispute between the parties arising from or relating to this Agreement or Employee’s obligations hereunder shall be exclusively in the federal and state courts of Xxxxxx County, Texas, unless another forum is required by applicable law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflict of law provisions of any jurisdiction. In the event that Employee resides in a state in which this consent to or waiver of objections to governing law and venue may not be effective as a matter of law, then the Parties agree that this selection of governing law and venue shall be that of the city and state in which Employee primarily resides.
VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. (1) If the supplier is listed in the Commercial Register, the venue shall be the place from which the purchase order was issued. (2) This Contract shall be subject to German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods signed on April 11, 1980.
VENUE, APPLICABLE LAW. The Agreement exhibits, deeds, and other documents (“Agreement Documents”) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any and all legal action necessary to enforce the Agreement Documents will be held in Palm Beach County. No remedy herein conferred upon any party is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy, and each and every such remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given hereunder or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise. No single or partial exercise by any party of any right, power, or remedy hereunder shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof. This provision shall supersede and specifically replace all other law, venue and remedies provisions in the Agreement Documents.

The Applicant acknowledges, consents and agrees that all legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to this Agreement shall lie exclusively in a state or federal court in Duval County, Florida. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

This Agreement shall be executed in duplicate. One duplicate of the original shall be retained by the Client and one duplicate shall be provided to the Consultant.
