Venue of Hearings. Hearings shall be conducted at a venue designated by BANI, and the agreement of the parties but may also be at another venue if deemed necessary by the Tribunal with the agreement of the Parties. The Arbitration Tribunal may request that meetings be held to examine assets, other goods, or documents at any time and at the required place, with notice as required to the parties, to allow them to be able to attend the examination. Internal meetings and sessions of the Tribunal may be held at any time and venue, including over the internet, if the Tribunal deems this appropriate.
