Verbal inquiry and discussion. If the employee is found to be in error, specific points shall be cited and constructive written reprimand given. The original written reprimand shall be given to the employee, with a copy to the President of the LEAO and one (1) copy to be placed in the employee's personnel file and the employee may be suspended for up to one (1) day.
