Verification of Meter Testing. Each Party and its Representatives shall have the right to personally witness any test performed in accordance with § 6.5 (Meter Testing) to verify the accuracy of the measurements and recordings of the Metering Device. The Seller shall provide prior written notice to the Buyer reasonably in advance of the date upon which any such test is to occur. The Buyer and its Representatives shall have the right to be present at and observe the testing of the Metering Device, at the Buyer's sole cost. The Seller shall bear all costs associated with the testing of the Metering Device.
