Verizon Pre-OSS Services Sample Clauses

Verizon Pre-OSS Services. 8.10.1 As used in this Section 8, “Verizon Pre-OSS Service” means a service which allows the performance of an activity which is comparable to an activity to be performed through a Verizon OSS Service and which Verizon offers to provide to Reconex prior to, or in lieu of, Verizon’s provision of the Verizon OSS Service to Reconex. The term “Verizon Pre-OSS Service” includes, but is not limited to, the activity of placing orders for Verizon Retail Telecommunications Services through a telephone facsimile communication.
