Very Large Community Systems. With respect to Community Water Systems that serve more than 500,000 people, timely and valid Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement Class are received from: (a) More than Threshold A of such Community Water Systems that are either (x) identified in the U.S. EPA Safe Drinking Water Information System (“SDWIS”) as having a surface water source, or (y) identified in SDWIS as having only groundwater source and do not meet the criteria set forth in Paragraph 10.1.1(b); or (b) More than Threshold B of such Community Water Systems (x) that are identified in SDWIS as having only groundwater source, and (y) have tested all of their Test Sites for PFAS under the Testing Methodology (as defined in Paragraph 12.6) before the deadline for submission of Requests for Exclusion and detected PFAS in four or fewer Test Sites.

  • Community Service You may be requested to perform some form of community service within the residence facility.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Health Services At the time of employment and subject to (b) above, full credit for registered professional nursing experience in a school program shall be given. Full credit for registered professional nursing experience may be given, subject to approval by the Human Resources Division.   • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet. (a) The Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union as soon as a formal decision to integrate is taken. (b) The Employer and the Union shall begin discussions concerning the specifics of the integration forthwith after a decision to integrate is taken. (c) As soon as possible in the course of developing a plan for the implementation of the integration the Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union of the projected staffing needs, and their location.
