VIBRATION OR WEIGHT. DAMAGE Section 2 is extended to indemnify the insured against liability for loss to any property (including roads) during the period of insurance caused by: 1. the weight of the load carried by the insured vehicle, or 2. the weight of the insured vehicle, or 3. the combined weight of the load and the insured vehicle. The most we will pay under this extension for any one event is the amount shown in the Limits and Excesses section. An excess as shown in the Limits and Excesses section will apply to each event. Section 2: Exclusions, ‘K. – Vibration or Weight’ clauses 2, 3 and 4 do not apply to this extension. Automatic Policy Extensions Applicable to Both Sections 1 and 2‌ 18 These extensions automatically apply.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Load A term that refers to either a consumer of Energy or the amount of demand (MW) or Energy (MWh) consumed by certain customers. Load Serving Entity (“LSE”). Any entity, including a Municipal Electric System and a Cooperatively Owned Electric System, authorized or required by law, regulatory authorization or requirement, agreement, or contractual obligation to supply Energy, Capacity and/or Ancillary Services to retail customers located within the NYCA, including an entity that takes service from the ISO to supply its own Load within the NYCA; provided, however, that such entity has obtained all governmental authorizations necessary to serve Load in the NYCA.
