Victim Notification Form Letters. The System will have the capability to prepare form letters and mailing labels for notifying a victim of each proposed change in an offender’s status, including but not limited to, parole hearing; psychological panel hearing; release on parole or discharge; escape, death and proposed movement. The form letter must also provide additional relevant information, including but not limited to, offender number, date of proposed change, date of crime, hearing date, time and location.
