Common use of Videography and Photography Clause in Contracts

Videography and Photography. (a) We may capture photographs and video footage throughout the Journey for the purposes of compiling a video which features some of the highlights and activities of the Journey (Journey Video). Although We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the photographs and video footage captured are general in nature and do not focus on any specific individual, You acknowledge that We may capture photographs and video footage of You throughout the Journey.
