Videotaped Television Commercials. (1) SAG-AFTRA is recognized by Producer as the exclusive bargaining agent for all principal performers (including actors, narrators, announcers, singers, dancers, specialty acts, specialty dancers, puppeteers, stunt performers, pilots) and extra performers by Producer for commercials videotaped in the studio of a television station.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.
