Violation by Contractor. If it willfully or intentionally violates any proprietary rights, copyrights or right of privacy, and Its violation occurs from any of the following uses of Project data: publication, translation, reproduction, delivery, use or disposition, then It will indemnify, save, and hold harmless against any liability, including costs and expenses of: The Federal Government’s officers acting within the scope of their official duties; The Federal Government’s employees acting within the scope of their official duties; and Federal Government’s agents acting within the scope of their official duties; but Exceptions. The Contractor will not be required to indemnify the Federal Government for any liability described in Rights in Data and Copyrights if: Violation by Federal Officers, Employees or Agents.
