Right of Privacy. Neither a teacher's file nor any of its contents shall be copied or otherwise made known to other persons without the teacher's permission, either during or after his/her service in the District; provided, however, that such file shall be available to the Board, the Superintendent or designee, and the teacher's principal to whom he/she is responsible, and shall be otherwise disclosed pursuant to law.
Right of Privacy. Faculty will have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their offices, desks, voice mail, e- mail, other electronic technology, and other personal materials. This right does not supersede the rights of the College under its administrative policies to provide a safe working environment or uphold local, state, and federal laws and regulations that govern the use of public equipment, furnishings, buildings, and college campuses.
Right of Privacy. Neither an employee’s file nor any of its contents shall be copied or otherwise made known to other persons without the employee’s permission, either during or after his/her service in the District; provided, however, that such file shall be available to the Board, the Superintendent, or the designee, and the employee’s supervisor to whom he/she is responsible and shall be otherwise disclosed pursuant to law.
Right of Privacy. No police civilian employee shall be required or requested for purposes of job assignment or other personnel action to disclose any item of the employee’s property income, assets, source of income, debts or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of the employee’s family or household) unless such information is obtained or required under state law or proper legal procedure.
Right of Privacy. Where reasonably feasible, the University shall endeavor to avoid infringing upon the Resident's privacy in the Premises. Except as provided below, the Premises and the Resident's property or possessions contained therein shall not be searched, unless first authorized by the Vice President of Student Affairs or his/her designee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, University or emergency personnel (including Department of Public Safety personnel) may enter the Premises at any time when the University reasonably deems it necessary or advisable under the following circumstances: University Access to Rooms. The Resident may not change or cause to be changed any lock or place any additional locks on any door(s) of the Premises or the Building. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that the University must have and retain immediate access to all portions of the Premises for the purpose of responding to emergencies, performing maintenance or Health and Safety inspections, and investigating reasonable suspicions of any violation of University rules or regulations or any federal, state or local laws. The University reserves the right and the Resident grants the right to the University to make unannounced and unscheduled entries of all portions of the Premises for the purposes of responding to emergencies, performing maintenance or Health and Safety inspections, investigating reasonable suspicions of any violations of University rules or regulations or any federal, state or local laws, and ensuring and maintaining the compliance with University rules and regulations. If the Premises are only partially
Right of Privacy. Members shall be notified each time a request for their personnel file is made by outside third parties in accordance with Article IV, Section F. The Board shall not disclose to a third party any disciplinary reports, letters of reprimand, or other records of disciplinary actions concerning a member which are more than four (4) years old, except when disclosure is ordered to a party in a legal action or arbitration.
Right of Privacy. Students are guaranteed the reasonable privacy of their room and belongings. However, under specific guidelines rooms may be entered and inspected by Xxxxxxx College staff members. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, cases of emergency, need for repairs, health and safety inspections, and when reasonable suspicion exists to indicate that a violation of College regulations, Federal, State or local laws may be taking place in the room. The College reserves the right to inspect the students' rooms at times convenient to its staff, and to enter rooms for maintenance purposes, health and safety inspections or in response to a possible conduct violation. The College also reserves the right to make other rules as deemed necessary for the protection of property and the safety, health, comfort, and convenience of residents.
Right of Privacy. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Resident shall have the exclusive right to occupy the Living Unit. The Community recognizes Resident’s right to privacy and its responsibility to limit entrance to the Living Unit. The Resident recognizes and accepts the right of the Community to enter the Living Unit in order to carry out the purposes of this Agreement:
1. Performance of scheduled housekeeping duties;
2. Response to the emergency call system;
3. Response to the fire alert system;
4. Entrance if Resident is reported missing or has not responded to calls;
5. Scheduled or emergency maintenance; and
6. Showing the Living Unit to a prospective resident, but only during normal daytime hours and after notice of termination of this Agreement has been given or Resident has been required to vacate the Living Unit in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Right of Privacy. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and continued qualification for independent living, the Resident shall have the exclusive right to use the Residence. The Community recognizes Resident’s right to privacy and its responsibility to limit entrance to the Residence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Resident agrees that Community shall have the right to enter the Residence in order to carry out the purposes of this Agreement and the effective administration of the Community including, without limitation, the following:
(a) Performing scheduled housekeeping duties;
(b) Responding to the medical alert system;
(c) Responding to the fire alert system;
(d) Responding to reports that Resident is missing or has not responded to calls;
(e) Performing scheduled or emergency maintenance;
(f) Showing the Residence to a prospective resident, but only during normal daytime hours and after notice of termination of this Agreement has been given or Resident has been required to vacate the Residence in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; Protecting the health and safety of Resident or other residents in an emergency; and Inspecting the Residence upon reasonable belief that there is a violation of this Agreement.
Right of Privacy. Without a teacher’s permission, no portions of a teacher’s file shall be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as shall be necessary in the performance of the Board’s or Administration’s responsibility.
