Violence and Harassment in the Workplace. L.1 The Hospital and the Association agree that no form of verbal, physical, sexual or racial abuse of employees will be condoned in the workplace. Any employee who believes the situation to be abusive shall report this to the immediate Supervisor who shall make every reasonable effort to rectify the abusive situation.
