Common use of Visiting Assistance Animals Clause in Contracts

Visiting Assistance Animals. In the event Resident reasonably expects any visitor to bring an assistance animal into the Premises either two (2) or more times during the Lease Term or for greater than twenty-four (24) hours cumulatively during the Lease Term, Resident must obtain prior written consent from Landlord in the form a fully executed Visiting Assistance Animal Addendum, which shall be incorporated into this Lease Agreement by reference therein.
