Assistance Animals. Landlord will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Tenants with documented disabilities who request the right to bring an Assistance Animal onto the property. Requests for an Assistance Animal must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Assistance Animals are not allowed on the property unless written permission from the Landlord has first been issued. Tenants permitted to have an assistance animal agree to pay for any and all damages caused by the assistance animal. Tenants who have an assistance animal agree to pay the cost of having the Premises and Apartment Unit de-fleaed and de-ticked by a professional exterminator and the carpeting shampooed and deodorized by a professional cleaner at the termination of occupancy. Landlord reserves the right to demand that any assistance animal which shows aggression, is an annoyance to other Tenants, or is destructive to property, be removed from the Premises and Apartment Unit.
Assistance Animals. An Assistance Animal must be contained within student’s privately assigned individual living accommodations (e.g., room, suite, and apartment) except to the extent that the individual is taking the animal out of doors for natural relief. When an Assistance Animal is outside the private individual living accommodations, it must be in an animal carrier or controlled by a leash or harness. Assistance Animals are not allowed in any college facilities other than college residence halls (e.g. dormitories, suites, apartments, etc.) to which the individual is assigned.
Assistance Animals. This local law is subject to any written law and law of the Commonwealth about assistance animals as defined in the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Commonwealth) section 9(2).
Assistance Animals. An assistance animal must be registered with Managing Agent before bringing it into the Leased Premises, and documentation setting forth the need for an assistance animal may be required.
Assistance Animals. Animals that assist, support, or provide service to persons with disabilities, and include Service Animals and Support Animals.
Assistance Animals. The College recognizes the importance of “Service Animals” as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the broader category of “Assistance Animals” under the Fair Housing Amendments Act (FHAA) that provide physical and/or emotional support to individuals with disabilities. Non-caged animals are generally not allowed in Student housing, and pets are prohibited. However, the College will consider a request by a Student with a disability for reasonable accommodation from this prohibition to allow an Assistance Animal that is necessary and reasonable because of the Student’s disability. Given the logistical considerations of having an animal on campus, specific processes are required to ensure safe and healthy interactions between the animal, the Student and the campus constituencies. To request permission to keep an Assistance Animal in the room, the Student should contact the College’s Office of Disability Services.
Assistance Animals. If any Tenant or their guest(s) has a need for an assistance animal to alleviate one or more identified systems or treat an existing and documented disability, Tenant shall be permitted to keep an assistance animal of the type described below on the Property on the following terms:
Assistance Animals. A maximum of 2 assistance animals are allowed per Santa Cruise trip and is subject to the Trust's agreement. (Registered assistance animals will not be charged for.) All animals must be house trained, and the number and type of animal must not exceed what was agreed at the time of booking, otherwise a breach of contract will be deemed to have taken place. Animals must not be left unaccompanied in the Shropshire Lady at any time and must not be allowed on the furniture. You shall be liable for all damage caused any guidance dog belonging to you or a member of your party. The Trust cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to an animal during the trip. All assistance animals must be recorded on the booking form.
Assistance Animals. An assistance animal must be contained within the owner’s privately assigned individual living accommodations (e.g., room, pod, apartment, or suite) except to the extent the individual is taking the animal out for natural relief. When an assistance animal is outside the private individual living accommodations, it must be in an animal carrier or controlled by a leash or harness. Assistance animals are not allowed in any university facilities other than the campus residence hall room, pod, apartment or suite to which the individual is assigned and not allowed to be off leash or outside of a carrier in any common areas of residence halls including shared living areas of halls, pods, suites and/or apartments.
Assistance Animals. As described in the University's Service and Assistance Animal Policy, students seeking to have an assistance animal reside in University housing because of a documented disability may make a request to the Office of Disability Services. Students will be required to provide documentation of the qualifying disability, information about how the animal serves as an accommodation for the disability, and information about how the animal relates to the individual's ability to use and enjoy University housing. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
