Visiting Professor. “Visiting professor” shall mean a full-time faculty member appointed at any rank for a single semester or a single academic year in order to fulfill some special academic need or provide some special enhancement to an existing program. Any such appointment may be made pursuant to the first paragraph of Article XX, Section B.
