VISITS TO STORES. It is the general policy of the Union for its representatives not to visit the stores during the busy afternoon hours, Saturdays, or days preceding holidays. However, upon the receipt of reported violations, the Union representatives shall have the privilege of visiting such stores for the purpose of investigating such violations; and further, the Union representatives and the employees shall not engage in Union activities during working hours. The Employer agrees that the Union representative may appoint a xxxxxxx who shall take charge of collecting dues.
