Common use of VISITS TO STORES Clause in Contracts

VISITS TO STORES. It is agreed by both parties hereto that any author­ ized representative of the Union shall have the right and shall be allowed by the Employer to visit any and all stores for the purpose of observing working condi­ tions, making inquiries from employees concerning working conditions, receiving complaints of members of the Union and/or noting any violations of this Agreement. The Union agrees that there will be no unnecessary visits or interferences with the proper performance of the work of employees covered by this Agreement.

VISITS TO STORES. It is agreed by both parties hereto that any author­ ized representative the busi­ ness representatives of the Union shall have the right and shall be allowed by the Employer to visit any and all stores and shall have free access to the employees during such visits for the purpose of observing working condi­ tions, making inquiries from the employees relative to information concerning working conditions, receiving complaints of members of the Union and/or noting any violations Union, and other matters pertaining to the enforcement of this Agreement. The Union agrees that there will , provided said investigation may be no unnecessary visits or interferences accom­ plished without interfering with the proper performance duties of the work of employees covered by this Agreementem­ ployees.
