Voice Mail Service. Voice Mail Service is not a Telecommunications Service subject to resale under this Agreement. Where offered, CLEC may purchase Voice Mail Service and related services for its End Users at CenturyLink’s retail rates; however, no resale discount applies.
Voice Mail Service. Where available to AT&T’s customers, AT&T shall provide the following Telecommunications Services at a discount, as set forth in the Pricing Schedule, for use in conjunction with voice mail services: Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) stutter dial tone and message waiting light feature capabilities. CF/Busy (Call Forward Busy Line). CF/DA (Call Forward Don’t Answer). The services listed in AT&T’s Messaging Services Information Package shall be made available for resale, without the wholesale discount, in conjunction with other tariff services offered for resale.
Voice Mail Service. 2.3.10.1. KMC shall have the right to resell Sprint voice mail services obtained from Sprint at the retail rate. Such services are not telecommunication services and are not subject to the wholesale discount.
2.3.10.2. Where Sprint provides voice mail services, Sprint shall make it available for resale, at the retail rate, SMDI-E (Station Message Desk Interface-Enhanced), or SMDI, Station Message Desk Interface where SMDI-E is not available, feature capability allowing for Voice Mail Services. Sprint shall make available the MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) interrupted dial tone and message waiting light feature capabilities where technically available. Sprint shall make available CF-B/DA (Call Forward on Busy/Don't Answer), CF/B (Call Forward on Busy), and CF/DA (Call Forward Don't Answer) feature capabilities allowing for Voice Mail services.

Voice Mail Service. Cingular reserves the right to remove voice mail service if the voice mail service is not initialized within thirty (30) days of activation. Cingular will reactivate voice mail service thereafter at CUSTOMER’S request.

25.13.2 BellSouth’s retail voice mail service shall be available for resale at rate terms and conditions as mutually agreed to by the parties.
