VOLUME AND NEW PRICES 1. OBJEM A NOVÉ CENY The Parties hereby agree that the volume and the price for the Goods, according to the Purchase Agreement, shall be supplemented with volume and new prices as set in APPENDIX 4. The new prices shall replace previously agreed prices with effect for all Purchase Orders dated from [06.10.2021]. Zmluvné strany sa dohodli, že objem a cena za Tovar, v súlade s kúpnou zmluvou, budú doplnené objemom a novými cenami, ako je uvedené v Prílohe 4. Nové ceny nahrádzajú predtým dohodnuté ceny s platnosťou pre všetky objednávky datovaných od [06.10.2021].

Nové ceny nahrádzajú predtým dohodnuté ceny s platnosťou pre všetky objednávky datovaných od [01.07.2022]. Byl dohodnutý nový koeficient pro smrk odpovídající Slovensku na 0,41 pro 3.Q.
