Voluntary Authorization. The Guild qualifies as an authorizer pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §124E.05. In granting this Contract, The Guild voluntarily exercises powers given to The Guild pursuant to Applicable Law to authorize charter schools. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any waiver of The Guild's autonomy or powers.
