Electronic Authorization. An authorization for Union membership and/or dues or other payroll deduction is valid whether executed in writing or electronically.
Electronic Authorization. The President or the Secretary may approve procedures to enable a Shareholder or a Shareholder’s duly authorized attorney-in-fact to authorize another person or persons to act for him or her as proxy by transmitting or authorizing the transmission of a telegram, cablegram, internet transmission, telephone transmission or other means of electronic transmission to the person who will be the holder of the proxy or to a proxy solicitation firm, proxy support service organization or like agent duly authorized by the person who will be the holder of the proxy to receive such transmission, provided that any such transmission must either be set forth or submitted with information from which the inspectors of elections can determine that the transmission was authorized by the Shareholder or the Shareholder’s duly authorized attorney-in-fact. If it is determined that such transmissions are valid, the inspectors shall specify the information upon which they relied. Any copy, facsimile telecommunication or other reliable reproduction of the writing or transmission created pursuant to this may be substituted or used in lieu of the original writing or transmission for any and all purposes for which the original writing or transmission could be used, provided that such copy, facsimile telecommunication or other reproduction shall be a complete reproduction of the entire original writing or transmission.
Electronic Authorization. Both parties agree that you may accept and agree to these terms electronically by indicating acceptance by acknowledgment through clicking the box acknowledging acceptance of these booking Terms and Conditions, by handwritten signature or by email acceptance of these terms or by your implied consent deemed by your actions, which shall include, without limitation, the payment of any amount owed or transfer of credit card information for payment. All such means constitute effective acknowledgment and execution of these Terms and Conditions, as fully constituted, and shall be sufficient to bind the parties to the terms herein.
Electronic Authorization. The parties agree to accept a digital image(s) of the Loan Documents and this Second Modification, as executed, as true and correct originals of the same, admissible in any proceeding as best evidence for the purposes of state law, state rules of civil procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence 1002, and like rules, statutes and regulations.
Electronic Authorization. All dues deduction authorizations will be sent by the Union via email, as PDF attachments, to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations or their designee.
Electronic Authorization. 1. A minimum of 99.5% of all Add-on Sales authorization requests which do not pend for review will be processed and an approval, letter required code or pend for review decision will be communicated to the Store within 20 seconds from time of receipt. The 20 second standard applies to Bank’s response, without reference to delays attributable solely to Zale’s POS devices.
2. A minimum of 90% of all Add-on Sales authorization transactions involving sales less than $10,000 which pend for review, will be processed and an approval or letter required code will be communicated to the Store within 10 minutes or less from time of receipt. The remaining transactions will be decisioned within one hour from time of receipt. An acknowledgement of receipt of transaction will be communicated to the Store within 30 minutes on those transactions not decisioned in 30 minutes.
3. A minimum of 90% of all Add-on Sales authorization transactions involving sales of $10,000 to $25,000 which pend for review will be processed and an approval of letter required code will be communicated to the Store within 15 minutes or less from time of receipt. The remaining transactions will be decisioned within two hours from time of receipt. An acknowledgement of receipt of transaction will be communicated to the Store within 30 minutes on those transactions not decisioned in 30 minutes.
4. A minimum of 90% of all Add-on Sales authorization transactions involving sales of $25,001 to $100,000 will be processed and an approval or letter required code will be communicated to the Store in two hours or less from time of receipt. The remaining transactions will be decisioned within one Business Day from time of receipt. An acknowledgement of receipt of transaction will be communicated to the Store within 30 minutes of the authorization request.
5. 85% of all Add-on Sale authorization transactions involving sales in excess of $100,000 will be processed and an approval or letter required code will be communicated to the Store as soon as commercially reasonable but in no event later than one Business Day from date of receipt. All others will be decisioned within two Business Days. An acknowledgement of receipt of application will be communicated to the Store within 30 minutes of the authorization request.
Electronic Authorization. I hereby provide written permission to Wasco County to provide my pay stub, to me, online, via the employee web portal. I understand that I will receive this electronic copy of my pay stub in place of the paper version.
Electronic Authorization. This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized to represent the Member/Dealer account.
Electronic Authorization. Voice and electronic authorization services with respect to cardholder transactions; Servicer acknowledges that Accounts shall be authorized so long as (i) the Account is at a delinquency level of 1 or better (less than 30 days past due) and (ii) the proposed transaction would not cause the Account to exceed the credit limit established by the Servicer for such Account. Electronic Authorization. 18.1. Supplier provides an Electronic Authorization service. Each time that User uses the Electronic Authorization service, User is expressly:
18.1.1. affirming that User is able to access and view the User Content that User is electronically authorizing via the Electronic Authorization service; and
18.1.2. consenting to conduct business electronically with respect to the transaction contemplated by the User Content; and
18.1.3. agreeing to the use of electronic signatures for the User Content.
18.2. While many Users prefer the convenience of Electronic Authorizations, using the Electronic Authorizations service is optional.
18.3. Obtaining a physical, non-electronic copy of the User Content is User’s sole responsibility, and Supplier has no responsibility or liability with respect to such matter.
18.4. Supplier has no responsibility or liability with respect to the content, validity, or enforceability of any User Content, nor is it responsible or liable for any matters or disputes arising from the User Content.
18.5. Supplier makes no representations or warranties regarding the validity or enforceability of electronic documents or electronic signatures. UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE ON SOME DOCUMENTS. IT IS USER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY TO DETERMINE WHETHER A DOCUMENT WILL BE ENFORCEABLE IF IT IS ELECTRONICALLY EXECUTED VIA THE ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATIONS SERVICE.
